OUR TEAM
Our Leadership
One of the key things we do as a local church is gather under qualified overseers who reflect Jesus, the Chief Shepherd of the church (1 Peter 5:1-4). Meet our pastoral team below!

Ted Mendoza
Senior Pastor
Ted has been serving at Ridgeview Hope since October of 2017, and as senior pastor Since October of 2022. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Debbie, since 2004, and together they have five children: Noah, Logan, Brooke, Evelyn, and Adeline. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, camping, and building things in his garage.
Favorite Verse: Psalm 63

Mike Wilson
Associate Pastor
A native of Minnesota and a graduate of Western Seminary in San Jose (MDiv.), Mike has been serving at Ridgeview Hope since the summer of 2020. His wonderful wife, Stephanie, is a nurse at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, and they reside in Livermore with their two year old son, Ezra, who loves animals, pressing buttons on remotes, and finds nothing more exciting than a trip to the grocery store.
